What areas do you cover?
We primarily manage properties in York, while also covering Leeds and Harrogate.
What is your fee structure?
Our fees are based on a realistic cost per unit, tailored to the level of service required for each property. Additional services are available and clearly outlined within our management agreement.
Do you receive commission from contractors?
All contractors are carefully vetted to ensure high standards of workmanship and value for money. They must hold appropriate Third Party and Public Liability Insurance. We do not accept commission from contractors under any circumstances, ensuring complete transparency.
Will you arrange our insurance?
We understand the importance of correct Insurance and so co-ordinate policies which have the sufficient levels of cover while also being competitive within the market.
Who will manage the property?
Each development is assigned a dedicated property manager, supported by a finance manager and an experienced back-office team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How do I switch management?
Simply get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process. We can liaise directly with your current managing agent to arrange a smooth handover, often requiring minimal involvement from you.
